Jess in Germany! | Sales of the Weekend!

Hey everyone! ♥

First of all - a huge ''Thank you'' for all the lovely comments, yeah it's great to be back!

I'm not sure what (or if) you ever heard about going shopping in Germany (especially at A&F,HCo or GH), but I truly have to say, "It's pretty amazing!" 

So I went shopping this weekend and  made a lot of great deals at HCo and A&F! And now I'm going to show you some of them - hope u like it! I brought a lot of 'random' clothes. But to be honest, I would have loved to buy something more extravagant but everything special was gone when I came into the stores! (what a pity..)  but psssst I think my purse was so glad! Well... but here's my haul :

As you can see, nothing THAT special. But who says you can't match them with something that makes them special, right? I think I'm going to wear the dark Abercrombie & Fitch V-neck shirt with my favourite pair of skinny jeans (HCo - what else ? :p) and  fabulous high heels! (btw, wanna see an outfit of it ?)

So, maybe you think: were's the point? Where's the difference from other hauls?

The amazing prices!

I mean...seriously, an ABERCROMBIE & FITCH shirt for 20 euro? Have u ever seen that? The dark one with the V-neck costs around 15 €. I went to the store and was like : What the hell is going on here?! You should have seen my face - I was so stunned! It felt like we had a "Black Friday' in Germany! Btw, the Hollister shirt also cost around 14 €: the people in the store went crazy and the poor models had to stay strong and work like hours to tidy up the mess from the custumers! :D 

As a conclusion, all I can say is (especially for the lovely German readers): 

Leute, schnappt euch eine Freundin - euer Portmonee - und geht sofort shoppen! :D

(Guys, grab a friend and ur purse and go shopping right now!) ♥

Jess in Germany! | Déjà Vu with an Abercrombie Hottie...

Hey guys,

What's up? It's been a long time since my postings as 'A Gilly Hicks Girl in Germany!'...and now I'm back with new A&F, HCo., and GH stuff ! :-) Anyone remember me? LOL! So...I want to tell you the story of the mysterious (half-naked and handsome) man that is always in front of our Abercrombie & Fitch in Düsseldorf. I've been shopping there for months and he's always there, kinda creepy. :D. But in an attractive Abercrombie way, of course! I mean you shouldn't complain about the fact that an attractive guy is taking a picture with you every time you go shopping at A&F, right?

But I would like to know if maybe one of you know this guy (maybe you've also seen him before?), and also if you've had similar experiences with the store greeters at Abercrombie & Fitch? Tell me your stories if you want to! :-) I'd love to hear about ur experiences and that's why I shared my ''story'' with u guys! :*

A Gilly Hicks Girl in Germany! | Finally Back from Wondrous London!!!

Hey lovely readers,

Yeah...I'm back. My weeks in England were absolutely wonderful but now it's time to share with you a sneak peak into my wonderful experiences! During my trip to London, I went shopping to Gilly Hicks and Hollister on Regent Street and, of course, to Abercrombie & Fitch!

But to be honest, the Gilly Hicks store wasn't that amazing like I thought - the Hollister store was impressive. And shopping in the largest Abercrombie & Fitch store I've ever seen was like a magical and beautiful party you're intending. I can't even explain it to you - everyone was dancing, there were models from a lot of countries [also Germany, hurray!], they were extremely friendly and so good looking!

It was such a great experience just to be there: having some small talk with the guys and buying some clothes! I would like to give you some useful hints when you're planning to go to A&F in London !

First, you should write down the address of the store and the nearest 'underground' station - it makes everything more easier! I think the best station is 'Oxford Circus'; it's opposite of 'Topman/Topshop' and then you have to go into an alley where you can see 'Liberty' in the end of it. Then you just have to go right until you reach the ''Regent Street'' [there you can find GH & HCo next to each other!]. From there you just have to go left and walk down the street - you'll see a lot of expensive labels like ''Burberry'' or ''Juicy Couture'' - and after 5-10 minutes you have to go through an other alley and then! - finally - you'll hear the sounds of Abercrombie & Fitch and the good looking models in front of it! :-)

Second, when you're not sure where you have to go.. [even for us it was quite difficult to find!] - just ask someone with an Abercrombie & Fitch  bag! We asked a really nice man and he showed us the way! :-) Be self-confident and ask some strangers in a friendly way, I'm sure they will be very obliging!

Third, when you're looking for a special shirt or dress, it's maybe easier when you have a picture of it on your phone that you can show it to one of the models. The store is so big; and when you're there for the first time, it's kind of difficult to find everything in the different areas!

A Gilly Hicks Girl in Germany | It's all about names...

Hello everyone ! ♥

Maybe you've noticed that I just posted 2 times in one week? Yes, because this post is kind of special for all the girls that have to pack their suitcases for summer vacation! I think it's usual that every girl [... and boy?] has to go the mall to buy her [...or his] favourite shampoo in a drugstore for the perfect hair or - *drum roll* - to buy some new clothes! I think it's the best preparation for the vacation and it also makes ya happy and you've got even more anticipation! 

While you're reading this, I'll be on my flight to London, UK. I'm going to spend 3 weeks there. I have realized that every GH, A&F or HCo dress,shirt (etc.) has its own name. It's kind of interesting but I actually don't think that every model at the store could help you out when asking for a 'Elsie Cami'.

And also I mean... no one would say to her/his shirt :  ''Hey Megan. No - I'm sorry sweetheart. Today I'm going to wear Lara. She looks better than you today.'' - would be kinda creepy, huh, weird ?

So anyway.. I decided to go first to the mall and THEN to look up what's the name of my dress I got! I thought, Wouldn't it be funny to be wearing something that was coincidentally relevant, to the location of your vacation, in some crazy way? To be honest I was a bit shocked when I found it - the name of this fabulous dress:

Kings Cross Dress

 [- every Harry Potter fan will remember "Kings Cross" in London ♥]

I mean, I totally fall in love with this dress [ you can order it HERE if you want to ] . Now I've one more reason to adore it! The name! LOL So today I've got one question for you: out of curiosity, have you ever looked up what's the name of your favourite A&F Family dress, shirt (..) that you happened to buy at the mall?

A Gilly Hicks Girl in Germany! | Exploring Summer Sales!

Hey everyone ♥


What's up ? Have you already seen the latest summer sales in your  stores ?

I'm not sure if I told you that I've got 2 Hollister,1 Abercrombie and 1 Gilly Hicks next to my town - so last week was full of going shopping with friends and well .. guess what - I've investigated [yes - I'd call it an 'investigation' ♥ ] a lot  and I mean sometimes it was over 50 % off - so why not,right ? :-)

I've read that in the United States are sometimes huge outlet stores of Hollister or whatever - I'm afraid that we haven't got anything like that in Germany - but our sale areas are also full of surprises and nice skirts, cute pants ... take a look!

Sooo I've found a lot of new stuff for my summer holidays! After I've visited Lisbon, Portugal for a week [check out my latest post !] I'll spend some time in England - so you'll see a lot of new hot Abercrombie photos on this site!

A Gilly Hicks Girl in Germany! | GH Girl Abroad!

(-: Hello everyone around the world! :-)

Last week I had a trip to one of the most amazing cities in Europe! Lisboa (Lisbon)! In Portugal! And to be honest, my luggage was full of cute Gilly Hicks and Hollister clothes. So I'm gonna show you one of my favourite outfits. It's cute, easy to wear and comfortable for the summer! :-)

You just have to match a basic top with your favourite skirt [e.g GH, HCo or A&F !] and some cute shoes! I preferred my ballerinas because their colours fit perfectly with the outfit! :-) But it's your own choice – you can define your own style. I spoke a lot of this kind of outfit, but girls – I know it. And you know it. It looks wonderful on us and a lot of [HCo, A&F]guys love it, too!

Here's just an other inspiration on how to wear a flower skirt and you have to be honest, it looks extremely cute, doesn't it? Just perfect for a hot summer day!

A Gilly Hicks Girl in Germany! | Are You Ready for This Summer, GH Girls?

Hey everyone! :-*

First, I'm so sorry that I couldn't write a post last week, I had so much to learn for final exams this year! Buuuuut, today I have a question for you: Are you ready for this summer?

I think it's always fun to go out with friends on the beach and have some wonderful hours full of sun, happiness, cute lifeguards ;-) and a lot of sweets.

There's just one problem every year: where can I find the perfect bikini? The ONE special bikini that fits perfectly and beautifully highlights my curves and looks pretty. Then I thought: ''Okay, well... let's have a look over the cute bikinis at GH.''

And so my lovely girls, I've found IT. The ONE bikini I Want! I'm not sure if it fits perfectly but I just fell in love with it. Yeah I know...falling in love with clothes sounds weird :-D But I'm sure you know what I mean ;-).

It's red. The craziest red you'll ever find. Red. And Classy.

The bottom looks a bit too dark and more orange on the picture but I think this is the perfect bottom, isn't it? :-).

P.S. The bikini reminds me of the classic American Baywatch – because they had swimsuits in the same hot colour! But to be honest, comparing Pamela Anderson with Gilly Hicks is a bit weird, isn't it? IDK LOL :D

A Gilly Hicks Girl in Germany! | Girls, it's Time for the Cutest Skirts!

Hello everyone! ♥

Thank you very much for your support and feedback! :-) Last week I showed you a first preview of this post, do you remember? So this week I'll introduce you to the cutest skirts of this season ! :-)  I'm afraid that my personal favourite skirt from last week isn't available to buy anymore :-( But the newest collections from GH and Hollister have a lot of pretty skirts – stripes, floral or dots – and they've one for every style and liking. ♥

The first row shows the lovely skirts from Gilly Hicks and the 2nd row from Hollister... aren't they wonderful?!

I think every girl should have a wonderful girly skirt like these in her wardrobe – they're perfect for hanging out with friends in the mall or on the beach! :-) You can wear them with  basic shirts and flip flops for a natural look on the beach (e.g. the Seascape) or school (e.g. the Ramona).
