Hey Fashionable Dudes & Bettys!

Last week I shared a few of my favorite items from Abercrombie and Hollister's pre-Spring collections that are also versatile enough for the end of Winter. So this week I've put together a couple outfits for the Sinter-Spring transition.

It's still really cold here where I live, but I think these are great to stay warm with this Spring's cutest items...

For the Bettys...

Start with a pair of Hollister destroyed medium wash super skinny jeans (US$25) from the So Cal Spring Jean collection. On top, wear a classic button down like Abercrombie's Marisa Shirt in blue stripe (US$58, flagship exclusive). Over that, wear the iconic logo A&F Drew Sweatshirt (US$48). Finish the look with the Hco North Jetty Jacket (US$79.50) in navy. With the mesh lining, it will be light enough for cool spring nights too.

For the Dudes...

From Abercrombie's Spring's Hottest Jeans collection, start with a pair of destroyed vintage dark wash A&F skinny jeans (US$49). On top, like the betty's look, wear a classic A&F shirt like the blue stripe Boreas Mountain shirt (US$68) under the A&F Navy Miller's Falls sweatshirt (US48). And finish the look with the green A&F Dun Brook Mountain Jacket (US$100). It isn't an All-Season Weather Warrior, but it's really similar. I think the snap closure is the main-or only difference. And I think the bold green is great for this look.

Closer to the spring, I'm looking forward to wearing something like this...

For the Bettys...

Start the look with a light wash A&F jegging (US$68). Sorbet pastels are so cute and bright for spring. The A&F bright green Shea sweater (US$58) over the A&F green plaid Maria shirt (US$58) is totally perfect for this bright look.

For the Dudes...

Sorbet pastels or 'bold color details' are trending for guy's fashion too. Like the first look, start with a pair of A&F destroyed dark wash slim straight jeans (US$98) from the Spring's Hottest Jeans collection. On top, start with the A&F turquoise Bear brook polo (US$60) under an HCo green and blue plaid Palm Canyon shirt (US$39.50). And complete the look with the A&F turquoise Opalescent River sweater (US$68).

Dan in England! | The Look You Want...

Hey, how's it going?

I'm Dan and I've joined the The Sitch on Fitch team to put together some cool looks which you can wear to look the best you can be. Follow my posts and you'll be sure to look smart and cool at the same time! I love to shop at Hollister and Abercrombie, they're my favorite shops. The smell of the cologne and the dimmed lighting creates an atmosphere which you can't help but love. The clothes are simple but can be worn to stand out from the crowd and to look super stylish.

Although Christmas is over and Spring Preview is in season, it's still a bit chilly outside. So why not stock up your wardrobe for good times with your mates? I went into Hollister yesterday and found some really cool clothes. This time of the year, I like to wear layers to keep warm yet stylish.

Firstly, the base layer. I like to wear a plain tee to keep it simple. I got the Lobster Point Tee as I love the blue detail on the neck, it brightens it up! To add some personality why not layer the tee with the Palm Canyon Shirt? It matches the blue on the tee! Also blue is going to be a major colour for this season...

Next put on the Cabrillo Beach Sweater in dark heather grey. It fits nicely around the collar of the shirt and looks stylish with the shirt underneath. (Be sure to leave the collar open so you can see the blue detail on the tee!) Finally, put on the all-weather competition jacket to keep warm and look cool...

Super Skinny Jeans

Finish the look off with a pair of dark super skinny jeans and some white converse to stand out from the crowd and to grab her attention ;). O ye, and don't forget to spray yourself with the So Cal cologne to keep the girl's interested!

Look smart and cool at the same time and you won't go wrong. :) Hope this look will help you in finding the right outfit for the weather! Remember, be bold and stand out from the crowd.

Spring Preview 2013! | Abercrombie & Fitch Photo Perfect Prints...

This Spring Preview 2013 has been offering an impressively diverse selection graphic tee designs that range from wild animal prints to cheeky slogans and all else A&F Spring 2013 in between. But the most notable new breakout trend? Photo-real graphics on the tees! They finally make a return in the 2010s after their brief stints in the 2000s. Having had a look at the mens Bounday Peak Tees and the womens Audrey Tees, the following two are our top-notch picks...

The mens “Rule No.8”, with its photo of sharp-sensual class and sophistication, actually reminds one of RUEHL No.925. Quite the fitting name for the tee, pun intended. Furthermore, the poised sophistication balances out the sensuality to bring about an artistically-inclined print perfect for drinks at the bar. Just throw on your select pair of dark wash A&F Skinnys and a spritz of FIERCE to complete the look. The ladies throw a playful coin of easy, breezy, casual passion with the Audrey Tee. One, two, three, four...the fellas fall for her in a row! We’d suggest a pair of A&F Jeans...but we think it’d be better off with a cute Down Undie from Gilly Hicks. Just make sure that when you get out of bed, try not to wake your latest boy-toy snag... Stay FIERCE!

Happy New Year Fashionable Dudes & Bettys!!


How were your holidays?

I had a fabulous time in Florida, but I'm excited to be back to share all the Abercrombie and Hollister I spotted. With so many visitors in Florida over winter, the street style was hot-- despite the bit cooler weather.

As the weather unpredictably switches from really hot to cold, I noticed a lot of jeans and hoodies instead of layering button down shirts and sweaters. There was also a mix of Abercrombie winter collection items with some pre-spring collection items. I'll write more about the pre-spring collection next week though.  Note - some of these items are not the exact items I spotted on holiday as they may not be sold anymore or I just couldn't remember them (European accents were distracting ;)).

On the Guys:

The A&F fleece lined All-Season Weather Warrior (US$120) is totally hot and actually one of my favorite guys' items right now. Navy Abercrombie jackets seemed to be a big thing with Brits (Britsh) and Italians especially. If you want to go bolder, try the blue or yellow version. Casual Hollister polos like the Daley Ranch Polo in blue- or any of the nine bold colors- (US$29.50) are cute and preppy whether you're going to the beach or golfing. The A&F Fish Hawk Cliff Sweatshirt (US$90), like the All-Season Jacket is great for unpredictable weather or when you're not holidaying somewhere warmer. If you prefer full zip sweatshirts, the A&F Lake Eaton in red is very similar to the many athletic jackets I saw on the hot Italians. I spotted mainly lighter wash slim straight jeans like the A&F destroyed medium wash slim straight jeans (US$39). To finish any Florida holiday look, go with HCo's Break Line cologne(US$30). The saltwater and citrus makes me imagine warm sun and sand. 

On the Girls:

Lace and floral embroidered tank tops like the HCo El Pescador Cami (US$24.90) and A&F Brenna Shine Tank (US$58) are flirty, fun, and perfect for holiday. They're also really versatile for all-year; they've been my favorite pieces since the winter collection was launched. The HCo Crescent Bay Hoodie ($15.80) is very casual, but cute and easy to throw on with a pair of super skinnies or shorts. I saw a lot pullover and full zip logo Hollister hoodies on holiday. High rise shorts like the A&F destroyed medium wash high rise shorts (US$54) have been really popular since last summer and look like they will continue to be this spring and summer. Cute lace and floral dresses are also perfect for hanging out on holiday. Like the A&F Zoe dress (US$99.90). The pink is my favorite of course, but the white dress with a skinny leather belt shown on A&F's website is so cute. To finish your holiday look, spray on some Crescent Bay Perfume EDJ (US$24). The watermelon and poppy scents are so carefree and fun. Members of Club Cali can currently preview the rollerball version (US$16) through the club's "bonus" page.
