         THE MOOSE CONTINUES on its path of growth in China with the opening of Abercrombie & Fitch in Qingdao! Housed in the new MixC shopping center (read more at TSOF) in the northeastern Chinese city, A&F MixC Qingdao represents the third opening in mainland China and fourth overall in the greater People's Republic of China (including Hong Kong); it is furthermore the second mall-based though, more specifically, the first indoor mall-based Abercrombie & Fitch in the country. Planned as the first of three all-new locations to premier in the land this year, A&F MixC Qingdao has got the ball rolling for more to come!

Leading up to the opening, a customized A&F ice cream truck kept things cool out in the city, and wonderful customers were finally welcomed into the A&F experience on Friday, July 25!

The store setup follows along the lines of the 2014-introduced store prototype for international mall-based Abercrombie & Fitch locations - we first saw this with the premier mall-based A&F at Chengdu IFS ourdoors and then at A&F CentrO Oberhausen indoors - bearing all-new elevated elements inspired by A&F Flagship cues. However, A&F MixC Qingdao (CN-ANF, #11255) features a first for an international A&F shop, no doors but pull-down roller frame.

Totally looking forward to the elaborating success of the Moose in what is now the world's greatest luxury/aspirational market!
