How does it work? You walk into your nearest Abercrombie & Fitch store. If you see an item you want to purchase and it's out-of-stock in your size, whatever, you can online order it in that store on a tablet. But here's where it gets even better: if you live in a greater metropolitan area that has one or more A&F stores, a store that has it will just send it to you instead of having it being shipped from the distribution centers at A&F Home Office. How genius is that! Otherwise it's from Home Office DCs. Whatever's fastest and convenient! Plus, free shipping! There still isn't any instore pickup yet, however. But as a higher tier A&F manager joyfully exclaimed with our Editor-in-Chief, "Finally, right?!"
