All About Style! | Abercrombie Sunglasses, Spring 2014...

A FEW MONTHS ago, Abercrombie & Fitch began sending out to subscribed customers emails at random including a survey of opinion over mockup A&F sunglasses and competitor offerings. The survey would show an image of mockup A&F shades and then ask the participator what he/she thought of the design, rate it, and determine what the average customer would pay for something like that. It would ask the same of random/competitor options. You may have gotten one of such surveys, you may have not. The waters were being tested before placing the product out on the market.

For SPRING 2014, shades at Abercrombie & Fitch have finally come to see the light of day. As currently online exclusives, the all-new sunglasses, momentarily offered only to men, have made their debut in wayfarer and aviator style at US$24 a pop...

The only little particular thing: logoing on the lens. Consumer attitude towards logoing has been shifting rather much and while some don't mind...others do. And in the case of these shades, it is now quite literally in your face. However, while higher end fashion retailers may usually not place logoing on the lens, it is not an uncommon practice in the greater industry.

Anyway, the aviators are rather much sexy in their cool blue! Meanwhile, those wayfarers will most defs have some fun at the beach for sure!

What's your take on the new men's sunglasses for this Spring season?

Stay FIERCE!

UPDATE (27 January 2013): The blue aviator sunglasses have currently sold out as of Monday, January 27.
