An A&F and Hollister Girl in America! | Cute Printed Ankle Jeans...

Ankle jeans have been a popular trend this fall and it's hard not to notice all the cute prints over at Abercrombie and Hollister...

Since the inseam is 26 1/2 inches instead of the regular 29-33 at Abercrombie and 30-34 at Hollister, these jeans are at a bit of an awkward length and tricky to style. 

With the various vintage washes, floral, and polka dot print, a pair of boots of any length are great since they cover the cropped bottom. Flats can work; nude usually looks best for all pairs. Heels in nude or a matching shade to your jeans help elongate your legs and disguise the cropped bottom. I think heels are best with the tuxedo striped jeans to combat the masculine image 'tuxedo' tends to bring to mind. Worn right the tuxedo stripe trend are really slimming and elongate.

With a floral, polka dot, or tuxedo striped jean, keep your top simple so they don't have to compete. A lace detailed top from Abercrombie's Date Worthy collection would be super cute and flirty. Finish the look with a fashion scarf and either a leather or cropped denim jacket.

In the spring and summer, cuff the bottoms to capri length and wear them with your fave pair of flip flops or flats.
